Dr. Pattanapong Topark-ngarm is a higher education lecturer in City and Infrastructure Management program and assistant dean of international affairs at Khon Kaen University College of Local Administration. Dr. Pattanapong has more than 10 years experiences working at both public sector and private sectors from United States of America and Thailand as an engineer. He currently holding profession engineering (PE) license form State of Oregon, USA. Dr. Pattanapong graduated a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Iowa State University, a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Oregon State University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Khon Kaen University. Dr. Pattanapong has been with College of Local Administration since 2016. His areas of expertise are Engineering Material, Structural Engineering, Construction Management and Smart and Sustainable City. His research interests are engineering materials, structural behavior, environment sustainability, smart and sustainable city.
